Great Central London Double Room in Farringdon, Hampshire for sale

This flat is a wonderful home, unfortunately our flatmate who has lived with us for a number of years is moving a abroad. We are looking for someone who is easy going and happy living in shared accommodation and open to sharing the occasional glass of wine and a meal. The apartment is very central and incredibly connected with Farringdon Station around a 5 minute walk away, Kingcross and Angel stations about a ten minute walk with buses to both and Holborn and Chancery Lane between 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment: 38, 19, 341 and the 63 bus stop about a minute away. However, if you cycle there is space to store your bike in the apartment building. There is a kitchen with lots of morning light, a spacious living room with a projector and one bathroom. We do have an outdoor space although it isn't much but a good spot to sit and have a coffee or glass of wine. Exmouth Market is a vibrant street with a large selection of restaurants and bars. You really are spoilt for choice. :) City Mansions is a great building and we know our neighbours well which is rare in London. The best way to describe living on the Market is like living in a small village in the centre of the city.
